International Commercial Arbitration: Is it Cheaper and Better?

International Commercial Arbitration has emerged over the past few years as a tool of choice for resolving international disputes. The finality of decisions and the possibility of seeking enforcement in other jurisdictions greatly contribute to its popularity. But at what cost?

During this event, Jeremy Heep, a partner with Pepper Hamilton, a co-chair of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and a co-chair of the Antitrust and Competition section, will join a panel of speakers to provide an overview of international commercial arbitration that will interest both lawyers already practising in arbitration than lawyers who want to discover this area of practice.

Michael J. Carrato, Vice President of Legal and Compliance Department for North America, Alstom
Fabien Gélinas, Full Professor, McGill University
