McTaggart will be speaking at the 2012 Institute of International Bankers (IIB) and Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) U.S. Regulatory/Compliance Orientation Program being held in New York City on November 27-28, 2012. Mr. McTaggart will be on the panel, "Examination Issues from the Bank’s Perspective."
