Pepper Hamilton’s leadership includes a full-time Executive Partner, who devotes his full efforts to managing the firm and does not carry a client workload, and a 12-member Executive Committee, whose members are elected for staggered three-year terms. The firm’s non-attorney administrators include a chief administrative officer and chief marketing officer who are integral members of the executive management team.
