Health Care Services

Among other issues, we assist for-profit health care entities in surviving (and thriving in) the current disruption in the health care marketplace caused by the PPACA. Our work includes:
In all of these areas, we use our thorough familiarity with complex regulatory issues under federal and state laws to help clients achieve their goals. Our Health Care Services Practice leverages the experience and skill of nearly 500 colleagues in related areas of the law, from antitrust to zoning.
