Leah Greenberg Katz is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining Pepper, Ms. Katz served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary L. Cooper in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Katz is a 2009 magna cum laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was awarded the Hyman-Goodman Award for Outstanding Academic and Extracurricular Achievement. She also served as an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review. Ms. Katz received her B.A., cum laude, with honors in philosophy from Washington & Lee University.
Ms. Katz is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
