Kali T. Wellington is an associate in the Labor and Employment Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Berwyn Office. Ms. Wellington concentrates her practice in counseling employers on labor and employment matters. She also represents management in labor and employment-related claims before state and federal administrative agencies and courts.
Ms. Wellington received her B.A. from Boston College in 2006. In 2009, she received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a staff writer and associate editor of student works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, the vice president of the Black Law Student Association (2007-2008), and a participant in the Villanova Farmworkers Legal Aid Clinic.
