Courtney Meehan Quish is an associate in the Intellectual Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office.
Ms. Quish’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation matters including patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Ms. Quish’s litigation experience extends from early stage litigation strategy and assessment and discovery management to the appellate process.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Quish develops and manages client trademark portfolios and prosecutes and enforces trademark applications and registrations world wide.
Ms. Quish is particularly interested in assisting clients in identifying the fundamental assets of the client’s business and the related intellectual property and employing strategies to protect and leverage the client’s intellectual property assets.
Ms. Quish is an active member of the Boston Patent Bar Association, where she was previously co-chair of the Activities and Public Relations Committee and an active member of the Women’s Bar Association, where she was previously the chair of the WBA Mentoring Circles Program.
Ms. Quish is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
