Matthew D. Durell is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office.
Mr. Durell's practice focuses primarily on patent litigation in the telecommunications, electrical, computer software, consumer products and medical device arts, as well as patent prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Emory University in 1997. In 2004, he received his law degree, with a specialty in technology and intellectual property law, from Emory University School of Law.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
