Andrew J. Siegel
Andrew J. Siegel is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office.
Mr. Siegel concentrates his practice in corporate and securities matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, SEC filings and general corporate representation. He also concentrates on health care matters, with a focus on planning and structuring of health care transactions and business arrangements, federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law compliance and other issues that affect physician practices and health care institutions.
Representative engagements in which Mr. Siegel has participated include:
- a $280 million sale of a long-term care insurance administrator to a middle market private equity firm
- a $232.5 million sale of a global superabrasives business to an international industrial group
- a $102.5 million acquisition of a publicly held real estate investment trust by a private equity real estate fund manager
- a $350 million public equity offering by a real estate investment trust
- preparation and review of Exchange Act reports and proxy statements.
