Benjamin F. Scotti is of counsel in the White Collar Litigation and Investigations Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Los Angeles and Orange County offices.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Scotti was an associate, and later counsel, with Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan, LLP.
While attending law school, Mr. Scotti was elected chief production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review and was responsible for managing its article publication process. He also published a student comment entitled, “RICO vs. 416-bis: A Comparison of U.S. and Italian Anti-Organized Crime Legislation.”
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Scotti worked for more than two years with a boutique real estate and litigation firm before accepting a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable John E. Conway of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Mr. Scotti then worked as an associate for Kaye Scholer in the law firm’s Century City, California office.
