Trevor L. Bannister is an associate in the Intellectual Property Transaction and Rights Management Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Pittsburgh office.
A registered patent attorney, Mr. Bannister’s practice involves a wide range of intellectual property matters, primarily focusing on patent prosecution and counseling for various types of clients, including large enterprises, entrepreneurs and start-up ventures. His practice includes work in the computer hardware and software, network communications, mobile device, electrical, mechanical, chemical and medical device arts. He also has experience in trademark prosecution, intellectual property transactions and litigation support.
Mr. Bannister received an undergraduate degrees in computer science and biological sciences, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Bannister is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
