Erin Weinlick is a registered patent agent in the Philadelphia and Berwyn offices of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Ms. Weinlick concentrates on intellectual property, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, as well as patentability and freedom to operate studies. In her work in the preparation and prosecution arenas, Ms. Weinlickâs experience includes technology related to cloud computing, communications devices and networks, medical devices, and electronic financial systems.
Ms. Weinlick received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001 with a B.S., magna cum laude, in electrical engineering. Before joining Pepper, Ms. Weinlick worked as a patent agent at an international law firm, handling patent prosecution for a variety of clients in the electrical and mechanical arts.
