Lauren M. Balsamo
Lauren M. Balsamo is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Balsamo concentrates her practice in commercial real estate matters and a variety of business transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of commercial real estate properties, as well as mortgage foreclosure and land use matters. She also is involved in counseling corporate clients, including the negotiation and drafting of shareholder and operating agreements.
Ms. Balsamo has prior commercial litigation experience representing clients in contested matters such as enforcement of non-compete and confidentiality agreements, shareholder disputes, breach of contract actions, consumer fraud and construction disputes.
Ms. Balsamo is an active member of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court where she has been a co-counselor of the Mentoring Program since 2009. Ms. Balsamo also is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women's organization (CREW) and the Justinian Society.
Ms. Balsamo is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
