Yason Smedy Allie is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Pittsburgh office. Mr. Allie concentrates his practice in venture financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. Allie was an associate in the Business and Finance Practice Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Mr. Allie also participated in a public interest fellowship at a local economic development agency, where he assisted the agency’s general counsel in convertible debt offerings for Pittsburgh-based life sciences companies.
Mr. Allie earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in philosophy and political science from the University of Pittsburgh.
