Stephen M. Nicolai is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office.
Mr. Nicolai receive his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2008. In 2011, he received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Nicolai served as the managing editor of operations for the Villanova Law Review and as a judicial extern to the Hon. John T.J. Kelly, Jr. of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He also received the Dorothy Day Pro Bono Service Award and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
