Noah Malgeri is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office. Mr. Malgeri’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation matters including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Malgeri prosecutes patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. Malgeri operated his own patent practice serving the needs of early-phase and startup companies in Boston and Cambridge. Mr. Malgeri’s previous practice focused particularly on the areas of alternative energy/greentech, medical device, automotive, aerospace and defense technologies.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Malgeri served as a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. He also worked as an international and operational law advisor and criminal prosecutor for U.S. Army, V Corps in Heidelberg, Germany and Iraq. Mr. Malgeri helped to plan and execute the opening stages of Operation Iraqi Freedom, for which service he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
Mr. Malgeri is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
