Nicole T. Sodko is a senior paralegal in the Detroit office of Pepper Hamilton LLP and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Real Estate Practice Groups. She has been with the firm since May 2003.
Ms. Sodko assists in the area of corporate formation and qualification filings. She has significant experience in the areas of title review, survey review and UCC-related searches and filings.
Ms. Sodko has experience pertaining to the authentication of documents for use in other countries. She is a registered notary public in the state of Michigan.
Ms. Sodko has fourteen years of paralegal experience in the fields of real estate and corporate law, working at varying sized law firms in Winston-Salem, NC; Atlanta, GA and Detroit, MI.
Ms. Sodko earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her paralegal certificate from The National Center for Paralegal Training.
