Homeira Ghorbani-Mann is director of business development at Pepper Hamilton LLP.
Ms. Ghorbani-Mann has more than 10 years of successful experience in business development, with a focus on Fortune 500, emerging market companies, and private equity firms. She is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding legal services across all practice groups at Pepper Hamilton. Ms. Ghorbani-Mann has a successful track record for developing relationships with publicly and privately held companies and offering to them a team of experienced attorneys who provide advice that is relevant to their local and global business objectives.
Prior to joining Pepper, Ms. Ghorbani-Mann was the director of corporate tax business development at Gardner Carton & Douglas (GCD) and prior to GCD, she was a business development manager at Ernst & Young (EY) for seven years. Ms. Ghorbani-Mann was instrumental in planning, developing and implementing EY’s tax consulting practice in the Mid-Atlantic area by devising sales and marketing strategies to penetrate middle to top market companies.
Ms. Ghorbani-Mann also served as an economist with EY’s Economics Group where she provided consulting services to her clients in the area of international transfer pricing.
Prior to joining EY, Ms. Ghorbani-Mann was a financial analyst at the International Finance Corporation (the private sector arm of the World Bank).
Ms. Ghorbani-Mann is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital, Northern Virginia Technology Council and participates in expanding the reach of these groups by serving on several committees.
