Mary Pat Walsh
Mary Pat Walsh is a senior litigation paralegal in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP and a member of the firm’s Health Effects Litigation Practice Group. Her assignments include pharmaceutical defense and regulatory matters and she has extensive experience in large case management, including document review and production, fact development and witness preparation.
Ms. Walsh also has considerable experience on commercial matters, including in the antitrust, securities and contract dispute areas. She has been a member of various mediation, arbitration and trial teams and has worked extensively with clients and outside consultants in these contexts.
Ms. Walsh also is active in pro bono matters, as a member of the Immigration Domestic Violence Practice Group and serves as a member of the firm’s Paralegal Hiring Committee.
Ms. Walsh earned her paralegal certificate in litigation management from the Institute for Paralegal Training. She graduated cum laude from Chestnut Hill College in 1979, with a B.A. in sociology. Ms. Walsh has been with Pepper since 1985.
