Gregory S. Ricciardi is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Princeton office. Mr. Ricciardi concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisition, environmental analysis and land use.
Mr. Ricciardi also is active in the areas of public utility regulation and renewable energy, including significant engagements in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for institutional, railroad and large commercial clients. He has represented clients in contested proceedings before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. Mr. Ricciardi also is a member of the firm’s Sustainability, CleanTech and Climate Change Team.
