Christopher D. Olszyk, Jr. is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Olszyk concentrates his practice in intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret, e-commerce and domain name counseling, litigation and dispute resolution. Representative clients include software companies, book publishers, cigar companies, building material manufacturers, entertainers and multiple Internet businesses.
Mr. Olszyk also advises clients on trademark adoption and availability, including handling prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and coordinating local counsel internationally. Mr. Olszyk manages several large U.S. and international trademark portfolios, advises clients on enforcement of their trademark rights, resolves disputes and represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
