Cara M. Kearney is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Berwyn and Philadelphia offices. Ms. Kearney concentrates her practice in intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright and unfair competition counseling and litigation.

Ms. Kearney’s representative experience includes:

• assisting clients with selecting, obtaining and maintaining trademark registrations in the United States and abroad
• representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
• advising and representing clients in domain name disputes
