Stacey I. Gregory
Stacey I. Gregory is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Harrisburg office. Ms. Gregory practices primarily in the commercial litigation area with a concentration in the representation of defendants in disputes regarding denials of long-term disability benefits involving plans governed by ERISA. Ms. Gregory also has represented a major entertainment company in connection with contractual, intellectual property and unfair competition disputes regarding a major attraction at its theme park.
Ms. Gregory is the co-author of “Online Posting of ERISA Information May Create Unintended Liability,” (Pepper Hamilton ERISA Litigation Update, May 2004), which addressed potential hazards employers may face when posting ERISA benefit information on company Web sites.
