Diversity Committee Mission Statement

To better serve our clients, the firm, and the communities in which we work and live, the Diversity Committee will work to:

promote greater diversity in the firm by recommending strategic initiatives to recruit, support, and retain attorneys from diverse backgrounds including race, gender, national origin, religion, socio-economic status and sexual orientation
promote participation in activities supporting diversity in our communities and in conjunction with our clients.
